Susan Gold

Guest Speaker Bio / Long Version (300 words)

With decades of strategic marketing, sales, and business experience, Susan specializes in helping business owners be authentic and to leverage their “WHY,” while aligning with who they want to work with, what services they want to offer, and to enable them to get paid for their value. She loves the deep connection with her clients, as she experiences their transformation as they work on their marketing strategies, positioning and differentiation. Her mission is simple – to help her clients to find their ideal clients using a data-driven process, build genuine connections with their prospects and grow revenue in the process.

Surviving 30 years of experience in the corporate world, Susan had no idea that all those years would ultimately lead to becoming an entrepreneur. Her marketing journey started in “the trenches”, working as an account executive for several advertising agencies, most notably Rizzo Simons Cohn, rated the #1 New England Ad Agency by Adweek at that time. She continued her corporate marketing career, working as Vice President for several Fortune 500 companies, such as Fidelity Investments, Fleet Financial Group and a subsidiary of globally ranked Zurich Investments. An MBA graduate from Simmons College in Boston in 2000, Susan climbed the corporate ladder, becoming one of four women in the top 200 executives at Liberty Mutual, a Fortune 100 company. Susan left the corporate world to start her consulting practice, Gold & Partners LLC, in 2010. She recently introduced her marketing strategy coaching business, Susan Gold Coaching, focusing on the small business owner and entrepreneur.

When she’s not helping her clients get more clients, Susan explores her artistic and creative passions as an artist, quilter, gardener, tap dancer, and neophyte golfer. She lives on the seacoast in New Hampshire and enjoys the Piscataqua River and the Atlantic Ocean with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
